About Heather

Heather Hamel enjoys working with all clients, including those who reside outside of Naples. She understands the processes of buying and selling and prides herself on having great patience, remaining calm in every situation, and listening intently to her clients. She understands the need to find a property her client will love while also providing thoughtful advice for those new to the region. She makes the transition comfortable and makes her clients feel at ease through the entirety of the process.

Heather focuses on elegant single-family residences and condominiums in the Naples area. Having purchased and sold properties throughout the country as well as properties in the region including waterfront and condominiums, she has the insight to help buyers and sellers throughout the process.

She explains that the key to finding the ideal property is not only listening to the client but also building relationships that allow her to fully understand the matrix of properties that she can introduce to her client. A combination of understanding, intent listening, and communication help to guide her clients in making the best decision for their ultimate needs.

Originally from California, Heather spent a significant amount of time in Kansas before moving to and falling in love with the Naples area. When not enjoying her career and building relationships with clients, she enjoys her family including her six children, boating, traveling to her home in the Bahamas, and home décor. Heather even has her first puppy, an Australian Labradoodle, arriving in February. Before real estate, Heather spent time as a successful Pilates instructor.
